A portion of your 2009 NCMO will be used to help North Carolina Baptists grasp the global challenge of the Great Commission — to make disciples of all nations. Yes, here at home in North Carolina we must be "on mission" for Jesus — our neighbors need to experience His love and embrace His lordship.  Across the United States we must be bold in missions action for the USA possesses one of the world's largest unsaved populations. Jesus, however, commissioned us to carry the Gospel to "all nations."
 
In 2010, using monies received during this year's NCMO, the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina will focus on educating and training Christians of all ages to share the Gospel of Christ around the world.  Unreached People Groups, pockets of people whether in North Carolina, North America or around the world who desperately need Jesus, will be our focus.
